Financial Assistance
Diabetes, Kidney Failure, Cancer. These are illnesses we never want our kitties to have. However, with treatment, many cats who contract these diseases can live many happy years. For some families, the treatments will be affordable. If you are in a financial bind and find it impossible to pay for emergency vet care, you may be able to find assistance with one of the following groups.
Feline Veterinary Emergency Assistance Program
Only for people on Medicaid, Medicare or other public welfare programs.
United Animal Nations LifeLine Rescue
Small grants of $100-$150 for Good Samitarians, Senior Citizens, and others who qualify.
Help-A-Pet
Focused on serving the elderly, the disabled, and the working poor.
In Memory of Magic
This is a 501(c)3 organization that was established to help people with financial hardship pay for vet treatments that are necessary to the life of their pet. (ie. pet would need to be euthanized without treatment).
