Kame (Japanese for turtle) is a beautiful tortie point Siamese/Ragdoll mix. At 2 weeks of age, Kame was found in a field with her mother Sapphire Lady and her 6 siblings. She was covered with fleas and had upper respiratory and eye infections. South Texas Persian Rescue brought the family back to health and released them to us for placement into loving homes. Kame is a sweetheart who loves to sleep on or very near foster mother. She has a wicked little growl when she is play fighting with other cats just to show how tough (NOT) she really is. When she plays with foster mother she is very gentle. Kame says to tell you she would like a furever home that has another cat so she doesn’t get too lonesome when you are out and about. Update 9/11/18: Kame’s mother Sapphire Lady had a tough time adjusting to her new home so she is going to get to live with her sweet baby, Kame. Foster mother should have realized they are a bonded pair.
