This is Tip. She was removed from an overrun home in Magnolia, TX Not much is known about ther except that her name is Tip probably due to the bent tip on her left ear. She will need some special TLC. Update 9/17/2020: Tip is working on her socialization. She loves to be petted and talks to you. However, if she feels that you haven't given her enough attention, while you walk away she will swat at you. She is easily startled by sudden movement of younger children, but loves a calm person who will give her all the loving she wants and needs. Tip ignored the dogs at another foster home and didn't seem to mind other cats. The other foster said she seemed to be mourning the loss of a litter, and would do well in a home with older cats. I will update as she is introduced to my other foster kittens. She will need patience and understanding. Tip is very beautiful and soft, and we are working on fattening her up. Update 12/1/2020: Tip is a beautiful young cat who is looking for an understanding adopter who will give her time to settle in. Tip loves to talk to you and follow you around so you are sure to pay attention to her. This smart lady knows how to open pocket doors and cabinet doors to get into spaces you may not want her to go, but will stop if you catch her and tell her no. Tip got along with dogs at another foster's house, and will ignore other cats if they leave her along. Tip would do better in a house without young children because they startle her. She prefers to cuddle on her terms, and is just now getting used to being picked up. She will make someone a purrfect companion. Update 1/19/2021: Tip was adopted 1/3/2021, but through no fault of her own was returned to the rescue 1/18/2021. Her adoptive parent is completely heartbroken, but they started having allergy induced asthma and could not keep Tip II. They reported that Tip was a perfect companion and after a small introductory period would follow them around and ask for loving. Also stated that Tip had no accidents with the litter box, loved playing with toys, and would even fetch when she felt like it. We hope to find a great home for this sweet girl!
