Hello, My name is Calista Calico and I'm a female Calico/Siamese (mix) kitten. I was born on July 18, 2022 at Rae's house in Killeen, TX. My Mom, Lillith, was going to be PTS but ASR swooped in and saved her. I have 2 brothers, Kai Flame and Chocolate Charlie (alread adopted) both Siamese and one sister named Caliope Calico. They are available for adoption and I would LOVE it if I could be adopted with one of them. My foster Mom will give priority to someone who adopts two of us or has a young kitty who would make a good playmate for me. My name "Calista" means "most beautiful" and is derived from the Greek word Kallista or the Roman name Calistus. Calista was a Mythological Arcadian who transformed into a she-bear, then into the Great Bear constellation. I'm a dark Calico and we are sometimes confused with with a Tortiseshell kitty who is black with orange markings BUT I have some white on me so I'm considered a Calico, we're black, orange and white. I REALLY need a forever home while I'm still a youngster. We didn't get on the site until now because foster mom couldn't get into the ASR program to put us in. I'm a very sweet girl. My super power is jumping all the way across the bathroom , from the sink counter to the bathtub (which is covered with boards). I'm a tiny bit shy (but less than Calipso) right now but if you will start out with me in a smaller room and come in and visit me a LOT and approach me quietly and pick me up and pet me I'll get past that very soon. I like to hang out with foster mom while she's in the bathroom <LOL>. I love to play with my sister and brother who are lively and curious and very playful like me so if I have a play buddy or a human that will play with me I'll be really happy! Won't you consider me and my sister or my brother as your new BFFs? We'll love you sooo much!
